VENDOR SPACE CONTRACT
FALL CFA CAT SHOW – September 26 & 27, 2009

SHOW LOCATION:  Arapahoe Country Fairgrounds Events Center, 25690 E. Quincy Ave. Aurora, CO 80016

Booth Facilities Provided:  One 8 foot table, one chair with each booth. Each booth will be about 100 sq feet.

Fees:  Each Booth -- $100.00 Payment in full must be enclosed with your signed contract and received by April 10, 2009.  Payment may be made by cash, check or money order. If made by check, payment should be made in time for check to clear. Refund of booth fees will be made up to two weeks prior to show date. After that time no refunds will be made.  Make all checks and money orders payable to:  Foot of the Rockies Cat Club (FRCC).

Terms and Conditions:
Set-up:  Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM prior to show date will be available for set-up. If you arrive prior to 10:00 am you may not be able to set up. Set-up on Saturday morning before show hours is possible as long as your booth is ready at the time of judging. SHOWHALL WILL BE CLOSED AT 5PM***

Closing: Show Hall must be vacated on Sunday immediately after show closes.

Decorating:  All booth decorating is to be done by vendor. Vendor may furnish their own tables, table cloths, table skirts and chairs. Vendor must furnish own power cords. Your booth must open by the start of judging on Saturday. Show hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday.

Note:  The Foot of the Rockies Cat Club and/or the Crowne Plaza will not be liable for any loss or damage of whatever nature or cause that may be sustained by vendors as a result of participation in the event. It is strongly suggested that vendors have proper insurance protection. Please check the requirements of the State of Colorado and City of Aurora concerning the collection of sales tax at this function.

CFA and FRCC SHOW RULES AND REGULATIONS
This show is governed by the CFA and FRCC show rules which will be enforced

1—Only Domestic Felines are allowed in the showhall. All Felines must be at least 4 months of age.
2—No filled Balloons of any type allowed.
3—Radios, TVs, VCR’s and electronic display signs are allowed but volume may be restricted by      
     show manager. Other noise producing devices not allowed.
4—Distribution of brochures, pamphlets and leaflets is limited to the top of cages.
5—Anyone soliciting a product or service must have a booth contract.
6—Selling of human food products must have prior approval of show management.

The members of the Foot of the Rockies Cat Club welcome your participation at this show and hope that you will consider using booth space. This show is planned for 225 cats and vendor space will be limited so please send your application in early so we can plan for your booth locations.
